This interactive session will lean into creating networks of support and accountability that allow women to thrive in leadership roles in Higher Education. All too often, women rely on mentorship and informal support, whereas coaching and formal opportunities for accountability provide an avenue for women to grow and thrive personally and as leaders. This session will emphasize and demystify a need for a judgment-free coaching relationship, place emphasis on well-being and thriving, allow attendees to craft questions that can be addressed through coaching, and suggest ways to create communities of support amongst colleagues. Attendees will evaluate their own well-being and fulfillment and bring those elements to an accountable coaching process, allowing forward movement personally and professionally.
